He gave us an honest quote and stuck to it. They had some suggestions for our layout, which haven’t even thought of… We appreciated that he was thinking about the color scape how it would connect with the different colors of our walls and trim.
Great communication and Installation was completed in one day.

After doing some research and shopping around, I decided to go with them to install my aluminum outdoor patio cover, and I am definitely glad that I did, from the initial consultation to the finished product. They were very professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking For a covered patio for their home.

If you need a patio cover built, you are going to want to call Trever Wakeland! He came over and gave us an estimate, and he gave us lots of ideas. I needed a patio cover put on the front of my house, which is kind of different but we wanted it to look like a gable. They did such an awesome job! I’m not kidding when I say every day somebody compliments my patio cover. It’s on the front of my house, in fact it’s one of the pictures that Trever has on their Wakeland Construction website. I can’t recommend him enough, he’s the guy to go to for a patio cover.
